Bruno Trial studied at the Cordon Bleu in Paris and apprenticed in Paris at one of the prestigious bakeries where he learned to make croissants and other pastries the French way. Start to finish for his croissants and pains au chocolat are six hours each day. |

Josh Ward fixes our gourmet lunches and looks forward to providing you with timely and delicious lunch selections. Josh also works as Pantry Chef with Bruno for our dinners & provides our equally delicious appetizers, salads and desserts |

Michele serves your dinner on Friday and Saturday nights. He has a great deal of experience in fine dining and in wine. He has waitered at Seven Sisters and worked as a wine merchant in Southern California. He brings his wide experience to Bon Appetit and you will appreciate his fine service. |
