Bruno Trial studied at the Cordon Bleu in Paris and apprenticed in Paris at one of the prestigious bakeries where he learned to make croissants and other pastries the French way.  Start to finish for his croissants and pains au chocolat are six hours each day.

Our Bon Appétit Staff

Schuyler Schoell, Bon Appetit’s Dinner Chef was Executive Chef at The Josephine Room at the Gunn House for 10 years.   He graduated from the Culinary Arts Program at ColumbiaCollege

Josh Ward fixes our gourmet lunches and looks forward to providing you with timely and delicious lunch selections.  Josh also works as Pantry Chef with Bruno for our dinners & provides our equally delicious appetizers, salads and desserts

Joe Thurman takes care of the dishes, busses and delivers lunches to our customers

Sally Trial, co-owner with Bruno, plans menus, helps with lunches, makes drinks and manages the staff.

We have an experienced and professional staff of people waiting to serve you for morning coffees & pastries, lunch, dinner or just a special  dessert.

Terry Parker serves your dinner in the evening.  She is always charming, and knowledgeable about our menu items.

Angela McMaster  busses in the evening for dinner.  She ensures that you always have what you need to make your dinner experience enjoyable.  She also serves lunch, always with a smile and a desire to please you.

Lisette Novo serves your dinner on occasion at Bon Appetit.  She comes to us with a great deal of experience in fine dining and will make your Bon Appetit evening a pleasurable experience.

Michele serves your dinner on Friday and Saturday nights.  He has a great deal of experience in fine dining and in wine.  He has waitered at Seven Sisters and worked as a wine merchant in Southern California.  He  brings  his wide experience to Bon Appetit and you will appreciate his fine service.

Charlotte Dickson serves you at lunch and helps prepare the pastries served during the day.  Her efficiency and caring will make your experience with Bon Appetit a satisfying one.
