—melted butter on a warm crepe with fresh squeezed lemon juice & zest & sprinkled with confectioner’s sugar

 

Raspberries & Banana Crepe  

 A warm crepe spread with raspberry purée, sliced bananas and whipped cream

Ham & Cheese Crepe  

—slow roasted herbed ham imported from Verona,  sundried tomatoes & shredded Swiss cheese

 

French” BLT Crepe  

—diced tomatoes, chopped bacon, shredded romaine and sliced avocado with a dollop of Dijon mayonnaise

 

Spinach & Mushroom Crepe  

—creamed spinach, sautéed mushrooms and shredded cheddar/jack cheese with a béchamel sauce
