SPRING-SUMMER LUNCH MENU FOR BON APPETIT SERVED  10:30 AM UNTIL 2:30 PM

 

#1 Tartine Compagnarde:  French Niçoise olive tapenade, sun-dried tomatoes on pugliese, topped with melted goat cheese & sprinkled with pine nuts.  (Provalone can be substituted for goat cheese).

 

#2 Tartine Italienne : Pugliese bread toasted with a garlic butter, Dijon mustard, & parmesan,  topped with

prosciutto de Parma & toasted again with mozzarella cheese melted over the top.

 

#3 Tartine Berrichonne Slow roasted herbed ham imported from Verona, over a base of homemade pesto and sun-dried tomatoes with Swiss and Gruyère cheese melted on top.

 

#4  Tartine Provençal garlic butter toasted pugliese covered with fresh diced tomatoes & slivered basil leaves  marinated in white wine and olive oil and then topped with melted mozzerella.

 

#5 Tartine Aneth : wine & dill baked chicken cut up and mixed with mayonaise and sundried tomatoes on pugliese that has been toasted with olive oil, butter and garlic.

 

#6 Tartine Basile : Pugliese spread with a home-made pesto sauce, sun dried tomatoes with melted Gruyère.

 

#7  Tartine Lombardy :  Marinated portobella mushroom with fresh homemade pesto, artichoke hearts on garlic buttered  toasted pugliese, topped with melted provolone cheese.

 

#8  Tartine Gorgonzola :  pugliese bread layered with fresh sliced tomatoes, bacon, basil leaves & crispy Granny Smith apple slices & topped with melted gorgonzola.

 

 

 

#1 CROISSANT : sliced white chicken cooked in dill and white wine in a garlic mayonnaise sauce & hearts of romaine.

 

#2 CROISSANT:  slow roasted imported herbed ham from Verona, Swiss cheese, Dijon Mustard & Cornichons (French pickles), hearts of romaine

 

#3 CROISSANT:  Vegetarian:  Swiss & Gruyère cheeses, sliced tomatoes, sprouts,  roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, Dijon mustard &  green olive paste with hearts of romaine.

 

#4 BAGUETTE SANDWICH :  imported Italian ham, Swiss cheese, fresh tomatoes, Cornichons, Dijon Mustard, Hearts of Romaine, on French sourdough baguette.

 

# 5 CROQUE MONSIEUR: Imported Verona ham, sliced Swiss Gruyère cheese, Dijon béchamel sauce on multi-grain bread and toasted on a grill.

Salad # 2:  Sliced baked chicken in a dill mayonnaise sauce over mixed greens with fresh tomatoes, artichoke hearts and Niçoise olives in a Dijon vinaigrette dressing.  Served with French bread.

 

Salad # 3:  Crab in a caper vinaigrette dressing, fresh tomatoes and  sliced avocado, served on mixed greens and served with French bread.
