Duck confit is duck preserved by cooking slowly in its own fat until it is so tender it falls off of the bone.  One leg & thigh served with  garlic roasted potatoes and vegetable du jour

ONGLET A L ‘ECHALOTE (HANGER STEAK)  $18.95

Hanger Steak quickly pan-roasted and sauced with shallots, red wine, butter and herbs.  Needs to be served medium rare.  Served with potato and vegetable du jour
